Webuno, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, runs Webuno. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell the leads your website collects.
It helps to separate them:
To build your website we send the business information you provide to third-party AI providers — currently Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI — which return the copy, layout and images. We send only what is needed to generate your site. We do not send your billing details, your password, or your visitors’ lead submissions. These providers act as our processors and are contractually restricted in how they may use the data.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Webuno:
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business — in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Webuno sets the cookies it needs to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery.
Meta Pixel. Our public marketing pages — the home page, this page, and the sign-up flow — include the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which tells us which of our ads led to a visit or a sign-up. It records the page you viewed, and when you create an account it records that a registration completed and which plan you chose. It does not receive your name, email address, business details or any of your leads. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you; see Meta’s privacy policy. Once you are signed in, the pixel does not run on the rest of the application — the only page inside your account that loads it is the one you land on immediately after signing up.
You can opt out with your browser’s tracking protection, an ad blocker, or Meta’s own ad settings. Blocking it has no effect on how Webuno works.
The websites we generate do not set tracking cookies by default. Page views are counted server-side. If you add your own tracking or analytics code to your site — a paid-plan feature — you are responsible for disclosing it and for obtaining any consent your visitors’ laws require.
Ask us to delete your account and we will, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to production data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as the law requires.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; as noted above, we do not sell or share personal information. Residents of the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR.

If your request concerns data collected by a website we host for one of our customers, that customer controls it — contact them directly, and we will help them respond.
Webuno is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
We operate in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you use the service from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
We will post any update here with a new effective date, and will tell you by email if a change is material.
